Directions for use: Heat as many cups of milk as desired, without letting it boil. Add two tablespoons of cocoa (50g) per cup of milk. Stir continually and remove from heat when it thickens. Leave to settle for a few minutes before serving.
To microwave: Dissolve 50g of cocoa in 200 ml warm milk. Microwave for approximately one minute.
Very traditional Spanish product, typically served with Spanish churros, croutons of toasted bread or fried bread.
